Session 1 | Wines in Progress
10am - 12pm | $10 plus GST
This workshop is targeted at recent head winemakers, assistant winemakers, and aspiring cellar hands - the new generation of winemakers in Central Otago - experience and not age related.
Six winemakers will guide an open discussion around 5 - 6 wines currently in progress, covering a range of styles and intended release dates.
Using specification sheets as a starting point, each wine will be discussed in practical terms:
What is the intention for the wine?
